Venue Hire Rates 2019 & 2020

Monday to Thursday (not public holidays): $1,300.00 +GST
Friday, Saturday or Sunday (not public holiday): $1,990.00 +GST
Exceptions: Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Public holidays: $2,200.00 +GST
Guy Fawkes Day: $2,200.00 +GST

Cleaning Charge: $350.00 +GST
Bond: $1,000.00 (Refundable)

An $1000 +GST deposit (deducted from the venue hire charge) is payable at the time of confirming your booking.

Conference Day Rate

A daily conference rate is available for bookings between the hours of 8am and 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday (subject to availability). For more information and to check availability please contact us.

Boatshed Tables, Seating Hire and Other Hire Facilities

The Boatshed has tables (1.5m Round x 20 and 1.8m Trestles x 8, cake table x 2) and chairs (200 black folding) available for hire.

Tables & Chairs: Maximum charge $650.00 +GST (charged on a per table/chair basis for smaller functions)
Speaker & Microphone: $200.00 +GST
Wooden Lectern: $20.00 +GST
Wooden Easel: $40.00 +GST
Fairy Lights: $225.00 +GST
White Rafter Drapes: $200.00 +GST
